You built your space for good teaching. Most weeks, though, there are hours when the rooms sit quiet: an early afternoon, a late evening, a weekend block nobody has claimed. The rent, the insurance and the power go out whether anyone is in there or not.

Trimio puts those quiet hours to work. You list the hours your space sits empty, set an hourly rate, and independent instructors ask to run sessions there with their own clients. You decide who gets in.

How it works for you

You publish the hours you're happy to open up, as few or as many as you like, at a rate you set for each space.

Instructors you approve create sessions over those hours. Several can hold the same hour until a customer books, and only a booking locks the time in. If a booking is cancelled, the hour opens up again.

Your rate is visible to instructors before they commit, and the app shows them their likely net and break-even attendance. The sessions that land in your space are ones that make sense for them too.

Bookings, payments, access and messages all run through the app. Trimio's service fee is 13% of revenue plus $1 per session, and it covers our fee and every transaction cost in and out. If nobody books, there's no fee.

More than income from empty rooms

Every instructor who teaches in your space is someone you get to know on your own terms. Some will become regulars. Some may become the next person you bring onto your own timetable. Hosting is a low-risk way to widen your network while your quiet hours earn their keep.
