List the hours you're not using
Choose the room, the hours and your hourly rate. No minimum, no exclusivity. Instructors see your rate before they plan anything.
Approve who comes in
Instructors apply and chat with you privately in the app. Nobody teaches in your space without your yes.
Clients book, you're paid
Only a client booking locks an hour in. Payment runs through the app, usually reaching you within two business days.
Get approved by a host
Find a space whose open hours suit you, apply in the app and chat with the owner. They decide who teaches there.
Create an Offering
Put your class over the host's open hours, and book the time it really needs: your session, plus any setup and wrap-up. Clients only see the session. The app shows the room's rate, the fee and your break-even before you commit.
Your clients book and pay
Their booking locks the hour in. You're paid after the session, and if nobody books, there's no fee at all.
Your instructor sends you a link
Classes are not listed for the public to browse. The instructor running the class sends the link to the people they teach.
Pick your spot and pay
Open the link, choose the session and pay in the app. You will see the time, the room and the price before you confirm.
Turn up
Your booking is in the app, along with the address. Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and you are refunded, less the payment costs.
One service fee: 13% of a session's revenue and $1.00.
The same for space owners and instructors. It covers every payment moving in both directions, including your payout. Room hire is set by the host and is visible before anyone books. If nobody books, you pay nothing.
