The three things worth knowing

1. If nobody books, nobody pays

No service fee and no hosting fee.

2. If a class doesn't cover the room

The instructor pays the difference, called the Hosting Shortfall Fee, charged to their card. The app shows the break-even before they commit.

3. Cancelling costs whoever cancels

Whoever cancels a booked session covers the payment costs on those bookings, and the app shows the exact fee before they confirm. Clients who cancel inside 24 hours are still charged, and if an instructor cancels inside 24 hours, the host is still paid.
