Pricing

One fee. No surprises.

One price. No surprises.

One service fee, made up of 13% of the session's revenue and $1.00. It covers every payment in and out, including your payout. It's the same for hosts and instructors, and if nobody books, you pay nothing.

You pay the price the instructor sets, GST included, and nothing else. Trimio's service fee is paid by the host and the instructor, never added on top of your price.

When you book a session

You pay the price the instructor sets, GST included. There is no membership, no booking fee and no charge to download the app.

Cancel more than 24 hours before the session and you are refunded, less the cost of moving the payment back to you. Inside 24 hours the spot stays yours.

If the instructor or the space has to withdraw a session, you are told in the app and you are not left out of pocket.

What you don't pay for

No subscription
No listing fee or joining fee
No monthly minimum
No lock-in contract
No charge to list across several spaces or times

The three things worth knowing

If nobody books, nobody pays

No service fee and no hosting fee.

Your hourly rate is not at risk

If a session doesn't cover the room, the instructor pays the difference, not you. The app shows them their break-even before they commit.

If a session doesn't cover the room

You pay the difference, called the Hosting Shortfall Fee, charged to your card. The app shows your break-even before you commit.

Cancelling costs whoever cancels

Whoever cancels a booked session covers the payment costs on those bookings, and the app shows the exact fee before they confirm. Clients who cancel inside 24 hours are still charged, and if an instructor cancels inside 24 hours, the host is still paid.

Everything that affects what you pay, in one place. The full Terms of Service are in the app at sign-up.
