See Trimio at work

From both sides: a space owner listing the hours their room sits empty, and an instructor turning those hours into a class people can book.

If you have a space
Listing your empty hours. Choose the times and rooms you want to open up, and set your hourly rate.
Deciding who gets in. Instructors ask to use your space, and only the ones you approve can run sessions there.
When someone books. Bookings and payments run through the app; access details are agreed in private chat.
What it costs. One service fee: 13% of a session's revenue and $1, only on sessions people book. If nobody books, you pay nothing.
If you teach
Creating an Offering. Put your class over a host's open hours. Nothing is locked in until a client books.
Seeing your numbers first. The room, the service fee and what's yours, plus how many clients you need to break even.
How your clients book. They book and pay in the app, and you see it all in one place.
