Where Trimio's terms live
The full Terms of Service are presented in the Trimio app when you create an account, and you accept them there before you list a space, create an Offering or book a session. That in-app version is the binding agreement.
This page is a plain summary of the commercial terms that appear elsewhere on this site, so you can read them before you download anything. It is a summary, and it does not replace the Terms of Service in the app.
The commercial terms, in short
What Trimio charges
One service fee, made up of 13% of the session's revenue and $1.00. It covers Trimio's service and every payment moving in and out, including payouts. If nobody books, there is no service fee and no hosting fee.
Room hire and shortfalls
The Host sets their hourly rate. It is visible before anyone books and is deducted through the platform. If a session's revenue does not cover both the room and the service fee, the Service Provider pays the difference. That is the Hosting Shortfall Fee, charged to the card they keep on file.
Cancellations and payouts
A client who cancels within 24 hours of a session forfeits the fee. Outside 24 hours it is refunded. Payouts usually reach your bank within two business days, and the Terms of Service allow up to 30 depending on the bank.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
