The quiet hours in your space are the most expensive ones you have.

Nobody notices the empty Tuesday afternoon
It just sits there, every week. The rent, the insurance and the power go out whether anyone is in the room or not. Across a year, the hours nobody books add up to more than most owners have ever stopped to work out.
This session is about those hours. What they cost you, why the usual fixes rarely work, and a way of renting them out that keeps you in charge of who comes through the door.
In 60 minutes, you'll see
Who's running it
"I've been the owner looking at an empty room on a Tuesday afternoon, and the instructor looking for one. This session is the conversation I wish someone had had with me."
Bruce Hildebrand, Co-founder, Trimio. He started out renting studio space by the hour, then owned and ran studios in Melbourne for 15 years, with three sites and around 20 staff at the peak.
Is it a sales pitch?
No. There's nothing to buy. At the end, Bruce offers a free 30-minute downtime audit to anyone who wants to go through their own numbers. There are only a handful each week, so it's first in, first served. That's the only ask.
Who it's for
Owners of studios, clinics, gyms and halls with hours that sit quiet. You don't need to be using any software now, and you don't need to have decided anything.
Is it free?
Yes.
Can't make it on the day?
Register anyway. Everyone who registers gets the replay, available for 48 hours after the session.
Do I need the Trimio app?
No. Come and listen first.
Will I be on camera?
No. You can watch and send questions in the chat.
