How booking works

Four steps, and none of them are complicated

See what is on near youThe app opens where you are. Move the map to the area that suits you, and every pin is a session you could book.

Filter down to the session you wantBy the kind of session, a particular instructor, the day, or the time of day. Tap a pin to see the session, the space and who is teaching.

Secure your spot, safelyYou see the time, the space, the price and how many spots are left before you confirm. Pay by debit or credit card. Payments run through Stripe, and your card is saved for next time.

Everything you need, in your scheduleYour booking, the address and the start time sit in one place, and your instructor can message you there before the session.

There is nothing else to set up. The identity and bank-account steps in the app are only for people who list a space or run sessions.

Change your mind more than 24 hours out and you cancel it yourself in the app. You are refunded, less the cost of moving the payment back to you.

Inside 24 hours the spot stays yours, so nobody else can take it.

If the instructor or the space has to withdraw a session, you are told in the app and you are not left out of pocket.
