What the app does for a client, screen by screen
Five steps, from downloading the app to booking your second session. There is no identity check and no bank account to set up. You log in, find a session, and pay for it when you book.

Get the app and log in
Downloading Trimio and making an account, so your bookings, payments and messages have somewhere to live. That is all the setting up there is.

In the app
- Download Trimio from the App Store or Google Play. It costs nothing.
- Create your account and log in.
- On the home screen, tap Book. It is open straight away.
- You will see padlocks on Offer and Host. Those are for people who run sessions or list a space, and they are the only ones asked for an identity check and a bank account. You can ignore them.
What this shows youClients are never asked for an identity check or a bank account. Book is open the moment you log in, and nothing is charged until you book a session.
Find a session: by area, service, instructor, day or time
Narrowing the map down to the session you actually want. You are not limited to a link from your instructor; you can browse everything near you.
Have in front of you
- Roughly where and when suits you
- The name of your instructor, if you already have one
In the app
- The map opens where you are. Move it to the area that suits you.
- Use the filters: the kind of session, a particular instructor, the day, or the time of day. Pins that do not fit drop off the map.
- Tap a pin. You see the space, and the sessions running there, day by day.
- Each row shows the session, the start time, how long it runs and who is teaching. Tap the i on a session to read the instructor’s profile.
What this shows youThe map is the whole directory. The same space can run sessions from several instructors, and you choose the one that suits you, not just the one you were sent.
Book, and add your card when you first pay
Seeing everything about the session on one screen, then paying for it in two steps.
Have in front of you
- A credit or debit card, the first time you book
In the app
- Tap the session. You see the day, the start time, how long it runs, the space, who is teaching, the price and how many spaces are left.
- Tap Book. Step one is Payment. The first time, add your card. After that it is saved, so the next booking takes a moment.
- Step two is Confirmation. Check the details and confirm.
- Your card is charged when you book, and the booking goes through only once the payment does. You pay the price the instructor set, GST included, and nothing else. Payments run through Stripe.
What this shows youThe price you see is the price you pay. There is no membership, no joining fee and no booking fee on top. Trimio's service fee is paid by the instructor and the space, not by you.

Finding everything you need for the day in one place, and knowing what happens if your plans change.
Have in front of you
- Nothing. It is all in your schedule.
In the app
- Open Schedule and tap your booking. The day, the start time, the space and the address sit together, and the app reminds you as the day gets close.
- Your instructor can message everyone booked, or just you, in the app before the session: where to park, what to bring, which door. You can reply there too.
- If your plans change more than 24 hours before the session, cancel it yourself from the booking. You are refunded, less the payment costs, and the app shows you the amount before you confirm. Nothing new is charged to your card.
- Inside 24 hours, the cancel option is no longer there. You paid when you booked, and the space stays yours.
- If the instructor or the space has to withdraw a session, it comes off your schedule, you are told in the app, and you are not left out of pocket.

What this shows youThe booking, the address and the conversation with your instructor live in one place, so there is no phone number or email thread to chase. The 24-hour line is the same for everyone, and it is stated before you book.

Coming back for the next one, or trying something different. Your card is already saved, so it is quicker the second time.
Have in front of you
- Nothing new
In the app
- Open the instructor or the space you went to, and pick the next date.
- Or go back to the map and try another session, another instructor, or another space nearby. It all works the same way.
- Each booking is its own. There is no membership to keep up and no pack to use before it expires.
What this shows youYou book session by session, with whoever suits you that week. The instructor you like and the space near you are both a tap away, and neither ties you in.

If there are people who would come to a session you ran, you can book a room by the hour and run it, with the same account. Most instructors start by adding a few hours around the work they already do.

Downloading Trimio costs nothing. You pay the price the instructor sets, GST included. There is no membership, no joining fee and no booking fee. Trimio's service fee is paid by the instructor and the space.
